CURTAINS WERE DRAWN ON THE 7TH MINI GUSA GAMES ON THURSDAY AT THE CAPE COAST STADIUM WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF CAPE COAST EMERGING AS OVERALL CHAMPIONS OF THE COMPETITION; BAGGING HOME A TOTAL OF 28 GOLD MEDALS.
The University of Ghana, Legon (UG) came 2nd with 10 gold medals and the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) came 3rd with 5 gold medals.
The University of Cape Coast Male Soccer Team played the final match with Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology which ended in a goalless draw.
The game went on to the penalty shoot-out and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) won by 5-4.
